Experience Behind the Programs
TechWinnings programs are developed under the leadership of Namrata Sinha, Founder and Principal Instructor, who brings 17+ years of enterprise experience across Business Analysis, technical program management, technology delivery, and digital transformation. Her experience spans banking, financial services, automotive, insurance, healthcare, and other regulated environments.
Alongside her industry career, Namrata has taught Data Science and Business Analytics through Collin College Continuing Education since 2019. This experience has provided direct insight into adult learners’ needs, continuing education environments, and the importance of connecting classroom instruction with practical workplace application.
